2015 Fusion Recall

I'm satisfied with exellent service related to 2015 Fusion Recall Notice. I bought used 2015 Fusion two weeks ago, and then I received recall notice from former owner. When my family arrived at Athens Ford, a friendly staff directed us to the service department. Then, Lisa kindly explained the recall service proces. A week later, I dropped off my vehicle at the repair shop, and following day after receiving a call that the repair was complete, I pick up my car. Actually, it was first time to visit service center in the United States, because one month has passed since I moved to here. Although, I'm not good at English, they kindly explained to us. Thank you so much for everything. Excellent customer service.
