We had a 10 a.m. appointment for the Works for our Explorer. We checked in and Joshua took care of us. He kept us informed on the status of our vehicle while we were waiting. Joshua came and got us when it was ready and went over our service paperwork. We were in and out in just over an hour. Our one and half hour drive one way is well worth the drive for the excellent service we receive at Athens Ford!
