Bought my Limited F150 SuperCrew in July last year. Went to service the very next day because the cameras were not working properly and the sync had dropped a call. Cameras put on order and never called me back. Went back over Oct (maybe) still no cameras and another update...No fix there either and no phone call. Went back a 3rd time, another update and no camera fix. Went back 4/12/21 and told still no cameras but will update sync again...Got the truck back and they did replace the cameras but the sync still dropping calls and very slow to become active. $80k truck and nearly a year into ownership with a vehicle that has never functioned properly. The question below seem to be focused on services vs. warranty work...So not fully applicable.
