Could not have asked for a more professional, courteous sales representative. Plus he was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful! He get's a 5 STAR from us! The other staff we interacted with in Finance, and others on the floor far surpassed our expectations. Will ask for Jim Melton again when I buy my next Ford!
