I had a really, really positive experience at NPV! Seriously, I did. Now let me explain why. My first connection was your female receptionist. Hands down she’s top notch. Not to mention patient. Garrett was next and I quickly realized I was blessed with another knowledgeable person. The same for the gentleman who checked me into my loaner. And I can honestly say the same for Rick and T.A. Oh, the finance gentleman, too. As a new customer at NPV, it’s comforting to know firsthand - I’ve now got a FIVE STAR Volvo dealership to turn to for all my Volvo needs.
