onBrought the car in for a new tire due to a screw in the existing tire. Was greeted very quickly by a valet and brought into the service advisor office for write up. Quick and easy and then onto the customer lounge. A very comfortable experience. However, the coffee machine was broken and was noticed by many of the waiting customers. In addition, the TV had streaming problems. Each customer was attended to by their service advisor in a friendly manner . After 1 1/2 hours, my tire was replaced and I was on my way.
