My wife and I just bought a used ES yesterday and have to say that it went much better than we expected. Some may say that their “no haggle” policy doesn’t give them an opportunity to get a better price…but the alternative can be much worse. I appreciate the transparency they offered with ALL upfront pricing and charges (NO SURPRISES). Jack Hughes was the sales agent that assisted us throughout the process and was absolutely great! We felt no pressure from him whatsoever to go one way or another…we bought what we felt was best for us. When sitting in the finance office with Mike Bentz he also was a pleasure to work. Of course he offered and suggested several protection plans and warranties, but did NOT push or pressure us into anything…on the contrary, he worked with our budget and provided us a solution that worked for us!! You “might” be able to get a lower price elsewhere, but I can assure you it’ll come at cost somehow. This is the way to go!
