Genesis of West Palm Beach

The sales process was ok and the two sales people pretended we had a relationship. They asked me to get something from my workplace, which I paid for and gave to them. All seemed good. Then I had a problem with my vehicle. I called them…both but neither had the decency to return my call or respond to my text message! Prior to this I was given and had used their private phone numbers. After consulting with an opposition dealer, I was able to locate and deal directly with the company responsible for the warranty of my car! To date I have never received so much as a phone call or message from either of these two men.
