I flew down 2 days ago to purchase a 2016 Mazda CX-5 for my daughter, I was assured by Emilio Espaillat that the car had been check over and was safe and ready for her to drive. After driving it back, I had my mechanic check out a minor squeak in the rear, after he took a look at it, the rear sub-frame was bent along with the control arm and would need to be replaced. The car was out of alignment and could not be adjusted back within specifications. The cost to repair was over $1,500 dollars. I spoke to the manager Winslow Walcott, and all he offered was to exchange the car for another car. I sent him the pictures where a shady repair was made along with the repair shop estimate. He denied they knew anything about the damage. Peter Menke (Finance Manager) I caught several times feeding me false information about financing the car. I should have gone with my gut and walked away from this place, but getting a car for my daughter blurred my judgement and now I have to pay. Florida Fine Cars has not made much of an effort to correct the position they put me in. Dont make the same mistake I made and stay away from these extremely friendly [non-permissible content removed].
