Vero Beach Florida Cadillac Dealership Refuses to Work on Your Vehicle?

What Happens When a Local Vero Beach Florida Cadillac Dealership Refuses to Work on Your Vehicle? What would you do if your local GM ( Cadillac )Dealership refused to work on your vehicle, especially if you have had it back into that Dealership 6 different times for the Original problem and it still had not been fixed under the Vehicle Owners Soon to Expire Factory 3yr/36k Bumper to Bumper Warranty? Also this is for work that has already been performed on your vehicle and just because they cannot correct the problem they created after putting the car back together, now they refuse to work on the car and the Dealership Owner, not only tells you that you are not welcome in his Dealership anymore, just for you Contacting GM Customer Service and Voicing a Legitimate Complaint, but he tells you to take it to another GM Dealership for the Repairs it needs, that his Dealership messed up in the first place! I just wonder how many other Cadillac, Buick, GMC, Pontiac Customers in the Vero Beach, Fort Pierce Area have experienced the same situation and were told to take their business elsewhere and to search out another GM Dealership to work on their Vehicles, because of Poor Customer Service? It is a real shame to Deliberately take advantage of the Retired , Permanently & Disabled Customers like that, don't you think? This falls under the heading of "Unethical Business Practices" by this Dealership and its Owner, by them continually implementing these procedures, as some Senior Citizens like myself are being taken advantage of, living in Indian River County and St. Lucie County as well and some being left without any information as to where they could now take their Vehicles in for Warranty Repairs and these Vehicle Owners getting discouraged enough to trade their vehicles in at another Dealership, that can offer good Customer Service Relationships that these people deserve!

I have purchased vehicles from this dealership as well as had my cars serviced there and have never experienced this. In fact, at times they've bent over backwards to accomodate me. You say you've brought the car in 6 times for the same problem? Why didn't you invoke the lemon law after the 3rd attempt? Is it because your requests are unreasonable? Were you irrate, demeaning, rude, disrespectful to company personnel? You mentioned that you filed a complaint with GM customer service, what became of that? If they didn't investigate and correct the problem, then there's a disconnect from reality somewhere in the complaint. These dealerships live and die by the customer service satisfaction reports and for a dealership to refuse to work on your car and tell you to go somewhere else to have your car serviced would lead me to believe that you may be the problem!
