Douglas Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram

When I purchased my Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara, the rear windows (power) would not operate and the Sirius satelite radio would not operate as well. The offered me several options; leave the vehicle and drive home in a loaner, try to discover the problem while we waited, or set up a return appointment, and they would give us a loaner to use and call us when the vehicle was ready. we elected to set up an appointment, and Douglas Jeep gave us a brand new loaded Jeep Liberty to use. When our vehicle was ready (it turned out to be a faulty connecter plug for the windows and a pinched satelite antenna wire. Both were corrected to our complete satisfaction. The service manager told us to contact him personally if any problems arose. We were told that very same thing by the sales person as well as by the sales manager. This is a wonderful dealership and they have earned our loyalty. They also heve some very sharp and well trained technicians in that Jeep is the only vehicle that they represent.
