Kuhn Volkswagen

Everything! Kuhn had the vehicle we were hoping for in stock. Also, the trade-in for our old TDI was fair. (I know - I had already done a preliminary Blue Book.) The entire deal was straightforward and fair. We went in to Kuhn because we were very Unimpressed with the experience at Brandon VW a couple of days earlier. In fact, our experience at Brandon VW will likely result in our taking even our service needs to Kuhn instead of Brandon VW -- even though Brandon VW is our closest dealership. This is the second VW we have purchased from Kuhn in Tampa. It is a completely different experience than dealing with the guys in Brandon. The sales associate who helped us, Austin, was amazing. I'd like to note one feature of this new Jetta in particular that I would not have known about or easily found (ever) in the manual: how the keyless entry feature allows me to lock and even close the sunroof and windows just by touching the handle. Austin spent time on that feature with us and I am so incredibly grateful. It is really nice to work with a person who actually knows the product.
