onI wish that I could give a negative star. Service is too busy to honor appointments. After 2 hours of waiting in the dealership, the car never saw the inside of the shop. The key broke off the fob. They could not re-attach the key to the fob and charged us even though we purchased an extended warranty. Told we are starting to look for a new vehicle, service manager shrugged. Because the service department is so awful, we will not purchase our next car from this dealership.
