Recall take away our phone Bluetooth conectivity

onThey upgrade the software on my car due to a recall. and the Bluetooth on the radio is not working anymore. The connection with my phone is not working either after this upgrade. I contacted the representative to schedule a new appointment to get this fix and he has not returned my call not text. I am highly disappointed.
