I bought a used car from them in June 2012. I am a retired senior citizen. They discovered that I had just moved to the area, was mentally tired and a little depressed. They negotiated a fair price with me and then made me wait in their waiting room for over an hour. Then they presented me with the order, which to my discredit I did not read closely. It included a $677 charge for refurbishing the used car, which was not mentioned during negotiations. After I discovered the charge, too late, they refused to do anything about it. I have since purchased a new battery, 4 new tires and gotten the turn signal fixed. They appear to be cunning and think nothing of cheating a senior citizen. Be very careful when you try to by a used car from them.
