Ferman Chevrolet does not honor legally binding lease contracts! After the end of our lease, we had the option to buy-out the contract and own the car. The lease contract specified this plainly and even gave the exact payoff amount. They refused to honor the contract and wouldn't even return calls or try to help in any way. Their excuse was that it wasn't beneficial enough for THEM. This business does not care about their customers at all. Take your business elsewhere and avoid thier lousy business. We finally (after a month of work) resolved our case through another dealership.
