Becky Douin at Tallahassee, FL, BMW/Jaguar provided incredible service to my wife and me on a recent out-of-state trip. Four hundred miles from home our air conditioning quit. Arriving in Tallahassee after 5 pm, Becky quickly arranged a rental car for us so that we could continue on our way to attend a funeral the next day. Even better, Becky scheduled for our car to be serviced immediately the next day. When we returned, our car was repaired and Becky kindly returned our rental vehicle for us. We are grateful to Becky for all her help during a stressful time!
