I had the pleasure of working with Vic Whaley recently regarding my 2018 VW Beetle. Vic went the extra mile to ensure the scheduled service was performed correctly and completed on the time agree to. Vic also provided me with his cellular telephone number to assist me with making future maintenance appointments. Vis is true to his word and personally reviews the maintenance performed to ensure all requested items were attended to.
