5 star for my Service advisor ONLY

The dealership has good advisors such as Josh Boone. He’s professional and patient. But this VW dealer at Tallahassee Florida , is not a good dealership . They’re shortage of Mechanics all the time, they are super nice when selling the car to you but they can’t take you in before waiting for months to get in for repairs . The mechanic there works very hard I believe ( since they’re short) , and they end up rushing the work . When I went to pick my car up, my wheel was locked and my Right sided mirror was broken. I sure hope VW can treat their staff fairly so they can take time to fix the fees with care .
