Rick Case Kia

My daughter and I just had both are Kia's serviced. We absolutely love the new Workorder, Multi Point inspection checklist and required repairs and suggested repairs check list. This provides the customer with transparent information, and places the customer in control of the services requested and services to be performed, etc., and gives the customer up to date information through the process. This is a very great addition and upgrade to the Service Dept., and we absolutely love it 🤩 Love the pictures of the findings as it makes it so much easier for the customer to approve or decline a service without the technician needing to keep track of calls and updates. This was an awesome idea and perfect addition to making repair service even more efficient, with even more peace of mind for the customer! C. Bender A. Bender
