Rick Case Kia

I have had my car serviced twice thus far at Rick Case Kia in Sunrise and Zach has helped me both times. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and works very efficiently. This time the car had to stay overnight due to a recall. Zach was prompt in getting me a courtesy car to use in the interim and texted me throughout the duration of time it took to get the vehicle back. I feel I am in good hands when Zach is taking care of me.
