I had an appointment for Tuesday at 7:30 am. The recall work was supposed to be done by Wednesday. It kept getting pushed to Friday at which point I was told to pick it up Saturday morning. I needed the car for the weekend so I had to pick it up. The rep I was working with was visibly not happy about me picking it up after waiting so long. I was pressured to leave the car but I couldn't. I was originally offered a loaner but didn't think I would need it. When I asked for the loaner since my car wasn't going to be ready, I was told Kia doesn't give out loaners for the weekend. When I told the rep I was coming to pick up my car, he asked me if I wanted to decline the recalls and that I would have to call the hotline to reschedule. I now have to reschedule my appointment and hope that the parts are still there and hope that they aren't too busy for me. I will drop it off on a Monday morning so you guys can have another 5 days to change some fuses or whatever the issue
