My experience was overall good, I got taken care of quickly and efficiently by many advisors, among them Alejandro and Juan and Julie. as well as the guys outside. I was more than a bit frustrated with my understanding of what my "very expensive" KIA Soul maintenance contract. Except for the touch up paint I couldnt get Alls well that ended well.
