I love my 2007 F150, but it needed new catalytic converters among other things. Michael August was our service representative. Michael went above and beyond our expectations in explaining what was needed, answering our questions, and making us feel like we were valued customers. Michael took care of extra things that were not expected. We are truly appreciative of What Michael August and Sarasota Ford did for us.
