Unfortunately, my year old car had a big issue. The Air conditioning fan and motor went bad. I was quite upset that a practically brand new car already needed such a big fix. They had my car for 5 days. Some excuse that the part was delivered to a different dealership. They did get us a rental, which helped a lot ! I would have appreciated if they had fixed my car and returned it in good condition. You would think they could have washed and vacuumed it. That's called customer service. Instead, I recieved a big scratch (looks like it was keyed) on the passenger's side. I have been spoiled by Hyundai. They have excellent customer service. My car was always cleaned inside and out , no matter if it was just an oil change. I never had any issue with my Hyundai's. Subaru's showroom and waiting area needs help. It is run down and awful ! Bathrooms are disgusting. They are not that busy. I waited almost 2 hours for an oil change and rotation. They were suppose to wash , vaccum, tires and wipe the inside down....waited 2 hours...got the car. It was hosed down, not washed. No tires done, no vaccum , no inside wipe. All I got from the service manager....ummmm....sorry. What ? Really? Very sorry I purchased a Subabru. This was my first and last time.
