THE LOWEST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD IN 20 YEARS

I am shocked how low Mercedes Benz went in their service and personnel quality. The service advisers are tuned up just on one thing - just how to rip you off and have NO professional knowledge whatsoever. I brought my CL55 to Pompano Mercedes Benz dealership with suspension problem, though I have installed four new shock struts a few month ago, the problem was with a suspension line. The service adviser Bradley Markoff kept my car for a week did not give me a call even once, I was communicating with his answering machine, though he never called me back. He did not even once send me the estimate to my email, though I asked him many times, because the links he was sending to my phone did not open, and if they opened once then they would expire and disappear and you would not be able to refer to those numbers in the links with the estimates. This is some kind of mechanism, which is set up to create all possible conditions to rip you off. Bradley Markoff was communicating with me by test messages only, he could not explain the right solution to my car's problems. When I agreed to do the repairs he immediately increased the estimate price by $500 and when I wanted to refer to the numbers in the estimate, the link with the estimate had already expired and would not open, so I could not show him that the estimate was a different number. When I agreed to pay $7544 for the repairs he texted me that I have to pay in advance and that he would give me bank transfer instructions, this is unheard of for any dealership to force a client to pay for repairs in advance and through a BANK TRANSFER, not even a credit card?!. This is unbelievable. I could not take this kind of humiliation and ethical insult, so I refused to do any repairs and picked up my car. I told him that I would contact his manager and file a complaint, his response was that the service director Joe Viola advised him on every single step he made in my case. He gave me back my car dirty inside and out, with irrecoverably damaged battery, though I drove the car to the POMPANO MB dealership with a newly installed battery. I will never ever, ever buy or go to any Auto Nation Mercedes Benz dealership again.This is a monkey-business what they do. This company is going down, falling as a rock with regards to the service quality and the personnel which works there. These people have no moral, no professional ethics, no knowledge of the subject, no proper training, all they think of is how to swindle, dupe and rip you off. SHAME ON YOU AUTO NATION AND MERCEDES BENZ!!!
