I ordered a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara 4d, 4x4 through their fleet dept on 1st week of 1/08. By March, I was calling. They said it was in on March 13. I went by the lot that evening and looked at their inventory online and there was a Sahara in but it wasn't matching my order, not to mention, the stock # was listed rather than listing it as not available. I called and the fleet dealer who sent the order to Don Mc Cue who manages their fleet dept said that mine was in on the fleet side and what I saw on the lot and online was not mine. Well the day before I was supposed to pick it up they called me and asked me if they could deliver it via flatbed to my office rather than waiting for me to come in (Pick up was scheduled for Good Friday and they wanted to leave early). I spoke to Susie Wheeler and asked her to check the order. She quickly ran through the list of items. So, I stopped her and asked about the interior/top. Sure enough, it was the wrong jeep and it was the one I saw online that they assured me was not it. Their solution? How 'bout we put leather in it? I replied, "Are you serious? What do you take me for? It's a jeep... it comes with water/stain resistant seats for a reason!" They promised to call me the next day and try do a search for one in California that may match my order. They never called but 5 days later....I got a voice mail messsage from Mr. Mc Cue asking me how well I was enjoying my new jeep because customer SATISFACTION is their HIGHEST PRIORITY!!!! Unbelievable! Of, course, I left them a message as well.... Still haven't had a return call from them!!!!!!
