onCar was in the shop for over 3 weeks and when we received it the work felt sloppy. Took multiple times to resolve same issue and then the car was not properly given back to us. Someone's water bottles were left in the front seat, there was a grease fingerprint mark on the door, and the back in the trunk the paneling was left off for us to have to put back on to cover what looks like a battery etc on the right inside of the trunk. What happened to quality service and getting your car back in better condition then when you dropped it off?
