My overall experience with Genesis Plantation was a five out of ten. While I was not pleased with the 2 1/2-hour wait for an oil change despite having an appointment, Tony, my service provider, was exceptional. He was punctual and provided top-notch service. However, I usually visit the Weston location where they offer complimentary water, a gesture that I believe enhances customer service and shows appreciation for their customers. Unfortunately, the Plantation location did not provide water, and when I asked Tony for some, he couldn't find any, which was disappointing. Furthermore, upon receiving my car after service, I noticed a marijuana stench inside, which was unpleasant and unacceptable. As a non-smoker, I found this experience off-putting, and as a result, I do not plan to return to the Plantation location. Additionally, after I received my car and drove away, I noticed that it was pulling to the right, which was concerning and indicated a possible issue with the service provided during the scheduled oil change. Businesses should strive to maintain a professional environment, address customer feedback, and ensure the quality of their services to provide a positive experience for all customers.
