onWaited over 15 days for a service appointment for a check engine light. Once the appointment date arrived, I dropped the vehicle off with the expectations of receiving a call within a day or two of diagnosis. I received nothing for nearly a week! It was a pain to contact the service department over and over to get updates on my vehicle. It would take days to get a return call back. Once I received diagnosis, and things started to move along. But communication could be much better.
