Dealership Sales Review
Don't buy a vehicle from here if you want to be treated fairly. I bought a vehicle from here, with a trade in. I have been in the automobile industry in Florida for most of my life, so I at least have some idea of what I'm dealing with and what to expect when I walk into a dealership. I paid nearly a premium for what seemed to be a quality vehicle. Here's the kicker - when I took the vehicle out on the highway after the deal was done, I went to turn on the cruise control which was clearly listed in the ad and to my surprise, NO CRUISE CONTROL! NO TILT STEERING! An options package worth about $1,000.00! Ok, fine. But when I tried to return the vehicle with ad in hand to exchange for the proper vehicle, no dice. No refund, no rebates, no unwinding the deal, no alternate vehicle, customer satisfaction or mention thereof. Basically, their attitude was "You bought it, now get out of here." When I showed up back on the lot 5 minutes after leaving, the Sales department wouldn't even speak to me - completely ignored. I had to go in to the customer service department and ask to speak to a general manager. My advise is that there are plenty of other Ford dealers out there, or dealerships in general for that matter.
