Get use to their system

onNot the speedest as far as their process's, the flow is slow, overall the experience was good. For an EV, the service was better than other dealers I dealt with for my other EV. I was given a nice loaner not a bottom of the line car. I don't know if it was because GM got involved. I wrote on the Optiq forum the problems I had with a car with less than 200 miles, GM responded and said they would look into it without me asking for assistance. Drove the car 12 miles home and no problems so far. Hopefully the updated programming will be all the car needs for a while. The Service writer was friendly and congenial and got right back to me after texting him.
