I had the best experience with such a knowledgeable and courteous service advisor. I went to Vera Cadillac to service my vehicle, I was referred to see Conrad. I completely understand why. He was on time and ready for me with all my vehicle needs. He helped me obtain a loaner vehicle and made the process extremely fast and easy from beginning to end. A+ with communication. I would definitely recommended him!
