Lexus of Pembroke Pines

Got a lease from this dealership, which the finance manager while we were plugging the numbers said that I had to go with an older model year and basically he wanted me to choose another color since they supposedly did not have the older model year in the Obsidian I wanted. After almost walking out the sales rep said they had a showroom car that was the color I wanted and they would give me for the same price, ok I taught that was good, plugging the numbers at the finance manager's desk I was told by him that he would sweeten the deal for me by throwing in a 48 month maintenance plan and a road hazard maintenance plan, wow I taught this was super not so bad after all, payments were a bit high but I gave in, overnight I had this gut feeling something was wrong so at 3:00 am I got up and decided to review all of the fine print that I was told to sign (as fast as possible, since he wanted to get slip me in while putting another deal he was working on hold) what I realized was he did indeed lower the price but the so called maintenance plans he threw in he actually charged me for them under miscellaneous items never once indicating to me I had to pay additional for them, next morning I called up the dealership and told them I wanted to return the car (less than 24 hours) he started avoiding my calls, I decided to drive there and face him face to face he said that it was there policy not to cancel any deals that I signed for it and they would not, so he said he will talk to his manager, they first told me they would try to get me cheaper insurance than I was paying (lies, since they came up with a rate that was $100.00 dollars more monthly) when that did not work they reduced my monthly payments all of $10.00 dollars (that's right $10.00) and said basically it was there policy and they would not do anything for me, so much for customer satisfaction, when I brought up the up charge for the maintenance plans he says to me well we discounted the car so we had to make up the money somewhere else! This is actually my third Lexus vehicle and I will never use this dealership ever again in my life and I hope no one else has this unfortunate running with them, better yet stay away! This is the first time I have bought a new car and am totally unhappy with my purchase. Management need to realize that they should be looking for customers for life that will return to purchase from them, I will never purchase from them again, an actually I will service my car at another dealership; they will never see a dime of my money again if I have any word in the matter.
