From a simple text to an In-person experience, Mr. Rafael has been there (very Professional and Knowledgeable) every step of the way. He made me feel very comfortable in my decision. He didn’t look at me as if I was beneath a brand new Rx and try to put me in a UX or even a used vehicle. I am Super Satisfied. I highly recommend Mr Rafael and now I feel like I’m your customer for life. Thank you soo much Mr Rafael, Ms. Gemma, and the team at Lexus of Pembroke Pines.
