onThe finance team had not been trained properly. When I went to my appointment at my bank, I did not been given the correct paperwork. When I call Autonation they would not speak to me because "all of the finance team was in a meeting, and could not be disturbed. How can you have a car dealership and not have anyone available to help with financing? I have made attempts to talk to fiance manager, however my calls are not returned.
