Lori, was great getting me in for service on my 2020 Explorer ST. I had a few computer issues that required keeping my car for an about a week and a half to fix these problems. She also had me a loaner vehicle that I could use until Matt, the service tech, could clean out all the gremlins that were hiding within my ST. Thanks for a good job Lori and Matt!
