As a first time car buyer I knew I would need to find a good salesperson to work with. Palm Bay Ford did not provide just a good salesperson but an excellent one in JP. JP went above & beyond to make sure I got a good deal not only in the car I was buying but also in the one I was trading in. He has followed up with me multiple times to make sure everything is good with the car as well.
