Visited this dealership with my family looking for a base model vehicle. They did not have any base models on the lot so a sales promotions manager offered a deal on a "Limited" version of the vehicle that was on the lot. We worked out and accepted a deal, shook hands on it, and were told that it was approved by the sales manager. After almost 3 hours at the dealership with the family and after filling out all the paperwork, when we were ready to sign the final purchase papers, the finance manager asked us to sign the contract. We noticed purchase price numbers that were 2k higher than what was previously agreed. We pointed out the discrepancy and the finance manager said he could not sell the car for the previously agreed amount. I was astonished at the lack of courtesy that was displayed at that moment, the lack of an apology, and the lack of effort or evidence of intent to correct the "mistake" and the lack of effort and interest to contact the sales manager or any one else to work out this difference. Based on that experience I would not recommend this dealership, but if you do go there, I recommend that you double or triple check all the numbers before signing anything.
