Greenway Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

First of all, all of the good reviews for this dealership are written by the employees of the dealership. This place was a joke. I found a car I liked and it took 2 hours to get them to come down 200 dollars on the price. Once we signed the contract we were as good to them as a bum off the street. They forgot to mention that the car only came with one key. When we questioned why we were only given one key, they simply shrugged us off saying "you already signed the contract, theres nothing we can do". There was a big chip in the windshield when I bought it, we made a stipulation that when I purchased the car, I would bring it back and have the windshield replaced. On the form for the service center they put "Fix windshield"... so they filled it with some goop and never replaced it. When we questioned this at the service center, they sent us to the sales center.. where a "manager" told us he'd have his manager call us the next day.. we never got a call. We've just given up, honestly. All I can say is that I've learned my lesson. If you do end up buying from this dealer, make sure you have everything stipulated PROPERLY.. "fix"ing something is different than "replace"ing it.. make sure you have 2 keys.. if it sounds like a stupid question, its probably a smart one because thats how they rip you off. And yes, I'm still driving around with a big chip in the windshield of my car.
