My wife and I are visiting Florida, I needed an oil change for my 2022 pick up truck. I made a few phone calls and could get into this dealership a few days later, so I made an appointment and they called this thing EXPRESS CHANGE. My appointment was at 12:30 in the afternoon and it took them 2 hours and 10 minutes just to change the oil and nothing else on the vehicle. I could not understand why it took two hours with an appointment, I can go to a dealership in my state without an appointment and get the thing done in 20 minutes. In this time I was not updated at all. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone, I also spoke with the general manager concerning the situation and he did nothing about it. This dealership needs to learn what customer services is, and understand that when you make an appointment you get in right away or what’s the sense of having an appointment. Adding insult to injury, they charged me $50 more for that oil change than I do in my home state.
