Long wait, bad communication

onIt is a big dealership so everyone's experience would be different. My experience with James was not good. His excuse was that 90% of people don't show up. We waited for hours to be able to see and buy a car we drove 2hours to. Before and after buying the car he was ignoring the calls and texts.
