onThe only reason I did not give the dealership 5 stars is because I was told the job would be a few hour job but they had my truck for 2 days. That is the reason I responded with "no" to two questions. There seemed to be a minor communication issue too but that was resolved though that could have been a puzzle piece that caused the miscommunication about the length of time the job would take. Over-all I am very satisfied with Gilbert Ford and actually purchased a vehicle from them about 2 months ago.
