Spoke with Carlos and Brandon on the phone before coming in to see a pre-owned versa. Great experience. Brandon and Carlos worked with me to narrow down a vehicle within my budget, and the finance manager Andrew had me in his office with the banks trying to get me the best rate. Despite the fees, I had an overall great experience unlike any other.
