Nice customer area, but needs work coordinating online appointments

onThe waiting area is very nice and you have a nice assortment of amenities. But they need work on coordinating online appointments with their main computers. On my recent visit, I booked my appointment online, but when I arrived, they could not find it, even though I received a text confirming it. I was disappointed that they didn't ask me if I had any other concerns for them to address, which I did and as a result the other issues were not addressed.
