Hyundai of New Port Richey

I purchased a vehicle from Hyundai of New Port Richey and they promised to install a roof rack and tow package within a week. For three months, I called and they failed to fulfill their promise. After I got very upset, they finally installed my roof rack and tow package. They said it took 3 months because parts were not available. However, I investigated and the parts were ordered the day I purchased my vehicle and arrived 2 days later. Their failure was pure incompetence and they later lied about it, blaming it on parts.
