We were lucky to have had Alex G. as our salesman. He was patient, thorough and informative from beginning (emails from online searches) to end (a purchase of a 2013 Mercedes!). Finance was just as easy. They all worked within our parameters. My only recommendation is to use the data the customer brings in to you in terms of pay off amounts and trade in allowances in order to save a little frustration on the back end. But that was but a small bump in our experience. If you're in the market for a MB then I highly recommend the Naples office and Alex in particular. He is not pushy nor does he have a superiority complex. We felt very comfortable with him and we know he worked hard to get the deal we were looking for. We love our car! See your again for our yearly maintenance and for the purchase of our new car in about 3 to 4 years :)
