Do you dread having your car serviced? Dread no more if you take your car to Germain Lincoln. First you pull right up to the door and are greeted by this young man in dark pants & a white shirt & tie, looking more like a banker than a parts person. He greets you by name, tells you what can be expected and then ushers you into a spotless dealership with comfortable seating and a very friendly nicely dressed employee offering you a variety of soft drinks and snacks. Very soon after that, another nicely dressed young man from Enterprise Car Rental greets you and explains the terms of the rental and takes you out to a sparkling clean almost new auto. And then remarkably, less than 24 hours later, you get a car that your car is fixed and ready to be picked up. When you cannot offer a single suggestion on how your experience could have been improved, you know you have had the best service experience of your life.
