License plate bracket

I purchased a 2018 Acadia a few weeks ago. It didn't come with a front license plate bracket. Service put one on for $69.99. I thought that was outrages. $29.97 for a plastic bracket. $29.95 labor to drill 2 holes and screw the bracket on. $1.19 freight. $2.03 disposal fee (Probably to throw away the bag that the bracket came in). $2.99 shop supplies (probably use of the drill and screw driver).
