I shop competitively for my Buick leases utilizing the internet people at about 5 dealerships. The dealers are aware that I am shopping. The winning lessor will have provided me with the various numbers I need in my self-designed Excel lease model, promptly and without castigation or I eliminate that dealer early on. Once I select the "winning" dealership I am at the mercy of the particular salesperson assigned to me for that organization, and that is where Vince Caltagirone really shines. Over a period of two hours he executed documents, guided and explained the complex operations of today's autos...we left competent to operate the thing.
